Auzou, 2014) pour r\u00e9aliser la recette de petits sabl\u00e9s de No\u00ebl de Gros-Louis. Cette recette est facilement r\u00e9alisable, avec un peu d&rsquo;aide, pour des jeunes enfants. Pour la recette: un \u0153uf, 125 grammes de sucre, 250 grammes de farine, 125 grammes de beurre et une pinc\u00e9e de sel.<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.jojoenherbe.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Petits-sabl\u00e9s-de-No\u00ebl-2-scaled.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-thumbnail wp-image-9065 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/www.jojoenherbe.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Petits-sabl\u00e9s-de-No\u00ebl-2-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a>Apr\u00e8s avoir laiss\u00e9 le beurre \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante pour le ramollir un peu, nous commen\u00e7ons par fouetter l\u2019\u0153uf et le sucre. La suite de la recette se fait avec les doigts: la farine et une pinc\u00e9e de sel puis les morceaux de beurre ramolli. Nous \u00e9talons ensuite la p\u00e2te avant d&rsquo;utiliser des emporte-pi\u00e8ces aux formes de No\u00ebl avant de passer le tout au four pour la cuisson. Les petits sabl\u00e9s sont vite cuits. Il y en a une bonne quarantaine.
